- All staff are fully qualified (*or working towards), trained in advanced safeguarding and completed First aid training. All staff have access to the noodle now training app so we are always keeping up to date with nursery training and approaches. We have regular in house training evenings and we send staff members on any training that we feel will be beneficial for themselves as well as the setting.
- We aim to keep consistent staff members in each room and we do not move staff around often, this helps children grow and develop with familiar key persons.
- We only employ any of your trainees so that when they have finished their qualification they can stay with us, many of our staff members started of their childcare qualifications' with us and have worked here for many years.
- We have low levels of staff turn over and this is something we pride ourselves for. Most of our staff have been with us for over 10 years.
